LMD specialises in bespoke induction e-learning that is available to staff on a just-in-time basis, and allows them to focus on content that is relevant to their role. Working closely with in-house subject matter experts, we devise induction solutions for new joiners, for people taking up new roles and for all staff in new processes. We use: audio-visual elements to quickly convey organisational culture and goals testing and tracking to ensure all staff have been effectively trained options to cater for groups with special needs, for example, returners, specialists, people with disabilities. Our packages are designed to complement and make best use of the personal help that team colleagues and line managers can provide. Where large numbers of new joiners need training quickly, we also provide workshop facilitators. We don’t have a prescriptive approach - let’s talk together, consider the audience and the learning need, and agree the best solution to secure your business objectives.
