Business Processes
Business Processes are the backbone of any business. Good processes and procedures ensure a business runs effectively, efficiently and consistently. They provide employees with the direction they need to perform tasks with ease and accuracy.

However, getting consistent employee engagement with processes and procedures is often neglected. People are left to work out processes and procedures for themselves, which can lead to functions being carried out in the way an individual thinks they should be done, rather than how the business needs them to be done.

The results can be poor performance, demotivation, or tension between teams.

Product Knowledge
Product training has to be to the point and at the same time involve your audience to gain their buy-in. It’s about getting the right messages to the sales team and resellers, and making these messages memorable and usable.

We will work with you to deliver product knowledge training that helps your sales people and resellers truly understand your products, how they work, and how to sell them.

We can help you to achieve this quickly and effectively through our experience of designing and developing product knowledge infomercials. We:

  • include real-life scenarios, using animations and interactions, to create a familiar cultural feel
  • ensure that your best practice selling techniques are embedded into the learning, along with processes and information to support product sales
  • make the learning experience memorable by creating fun interactions which challenge and test knowledge and skill, to ensure the learning is being retained and not just sat or clicked through
