Our workshops focus on: Effective Procurement – enabling staff who are not procurement specialists to be confident in finding the right supplier, by developing and applying skills in supplier appraisal, specification writing and tender evaluation. Contract Management – developing and applying skills in managing contracts so that business objectives are achieved in the most cost-effective and sustainable manner through the purchase of goods and services. We don’t have a prescriptive approach - let’s talk together, consider the audience and the learning need, and agree the best solution to secure your business objectives.
