LMD creates bespoke 360º questionnaires delivered online and supported by phone or
face to face coaching. We also work with clients’ existing 360º tools.

Profiling tools

LMD’s ‘top ten’ for profiling relationships and group dynamics, learning styles and career choices:

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) The most widely used questionnaire in the world for determining personality type and its impact on work relationships.

Strength Development Inventory (SDI) A learning resource that has been proven to be effective in building strong relationships at work worldwide for over 25 years.

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument The leading instrument for conflict resolution. Easy to use and self-scorable, this instrument helps to open discussions about personal and group dynamics.

Career Anchors Questionnaire developed by Edgar Schein. Helps individual identify their primary areas of competence, motives and career values, and think about what they really want out of a career.

KOLB Learning Style Inventory (LSI) A simple 12-item self-scoring instrument, developed by David A. Kolb, which helps to identify individual learning preferences.

Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ 48) Provides a reliable and quick assessment of an individual's ability to withstand challenge, stressors and pressure in a range of environments. Measures control, challenge, commitment and confidence.

Insights Discovery The Insights System is a framework for understanding the dynamics of interactions between individuals, based on the work of psychologist C.G. Jung.

Belbin Team Role Inventory  A 360º feedback tool which profiles how an individual behaves in a team environment. Scores demonstrate preferences for one or more of nine different team roles.

DISC A model used to examine the behaviour of individuals in their environment. Assessments classify four aspects of behaviour (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness).

Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32) Widely-used in selection, development, team building, succession planning and organisational change. Provides an indication of an individual’s preferred behavioural style at work.
